2011 – Present, An investigation was launched when a CRA employee engaged in malicious tampering, alteration, and attempted concealment of evidence while making photocopies at Headquarters, 32 Church Street, St. Catharines, Ontario. A Supervisor, as documented in the diary, witnessed the incident and acknowledged the absence of criminal intent. Despite notifying the Chief of Operations, the corruption was not elevated.
